Authentic mexican dishes: birria, ramen birria, birria tortas, chicken and steak tacos, burritos. 

Specializing in authentic, fresh, and delicious dishes that are popular in Korea, Japan, and China. Rice bowls: bulgogi steak, fried chicken, spicy pork, and teriyaki tofu. 

American Soul Food at it's best: BBQ ribs, BBQ pulled pork and pulled chicken, mac and cheese, greens, yams, and fried chicken.

Offering a variety of international-inspired sausages, all preservative-free, USDA-certified, and made with locally sourced ingredients from West Michigan. Enjoy some at the festival and take some home frozen to enjoy later. Varieties: Braai Boerewors (South African), Attila (Hungarian), Gunslinger (Southwestern), 9 Dragons (Vietnamese), Jamrock Jerk (Jamacian), and our new Sultan's Merguez (Moroccan).

Featuring Filipino appetizers (lumpia eggrolls, empanadas, crab rangoons, and pork barbecue sticks) and entrees (beef stew caldereta, adobo, vegetarian pancit guisado noodles, vegetarian fried rice, and sweet and sour chicken).
